Frye v. Tenderloin Hous. Clinic, S127641
Corporations Code section 13406(b) does not occupy the entire field of law governing the corporate practice of law by nonprofit corporations. Reversal of a trial court's grant of judgment on the pleadings for defendant-nonprofit on plaintiff's causes of action for money had and received and breach of fiduciary duty is reversed in an action brought against defendant regarding its recovery of attorney's fees.
