CRONUS INV. INC. v. CONCIERGE SERV., S116288

An arbitration agreement, calling for the application of the Federal Arbitration Act(FAA) "if it would be applicable," does not preclude the application of Code of Civil Procedure section 1281.2(c) since it does not conflict with the provisions of the FAA.
