PEOPLE v. BROWN, S113929

Plaintiff's conviction for domestic violence is affirmed on grounds that expert witness testimony, explaining that victims often later deny an assailant's conduct, is admissible where it would assist the trier of fact in evaluating credibility and in providing information about the tendencies of victims of domestic violence.
