PEOPLE v. OATES, S106796

Penal Code section 12022.53 allows imposition of more than one 25-year-to-life prison term enhancement for a single injury caused by use of a firearm. Remanded for resentencing where defendant fired two shots at a group of five people, but hit and injured only one of them.
