The juvenile court may reject adoption under the Welf. & Inst. Code section 366.26 sibling relationship provision only if it finds adoption would be detrimental to the child whose welfare is being considered. The court may appoint one attorney to represent three siblings unless an actual conflict of interest exists or is reasonably likely to arise.
