FERNANDEZ v. LAWSON, S107521

A homeowner who hires someone to trim a tree in his yard was not required to comply with the tree trimming regulations set forth in California Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1973 (OSHA), Labor Code section 6300 et seq., as such non-commercial tree trimming was a "household domestic service" excluded from OSHA.
