PEOPLE v. MELONEY, S103633

Penal Code section 12022.1(d) permits the secondary-offense court to impose a two-year on-bail enhancement as part of a defendant's sentence, and to stay execution of that aspect of the sentence, pending disposition of the primary-offense felony case.
