CRUZ v. PACIFICARE HEALTH SYS., INC., S101003

Injunctive relief claims under the unfair competition law, and claims of false advertising under Business and Professions Code section 17500 are inarbitrable under the circumstances, but statutory and common law claims for equitable monetary relief for restitution, disgorgement, and unjust enrichment are arbitrable.
