Supreme Court of California
KOREA SUPPLY CO. v. LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP., S100136
Disgorgement of profits allegedly obtained by unfair business practice is not an authorized remedy in an individual action under California's Unfair Competition Law. A plaintiff claiming interference with prospective economic advantage need not plead that defendant acted with specific intent to interfere with plaintiff's business expectancy.
