Supreme Court of California
PEOPLE v. WALKER, S097725
A defendant convicted of the felony of willfully failing to appear in court while on bail (Penal Code section 1320.5) is subject, in addition to sentencing under that statute, to a consecutive two-year sentence enhancement under section 12022.1, and section 654's bar against multiple punishment does not preclude the imposition of both sentences.
