ZUCKERMAN v. BD. OF CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINERS, S096127

Cal. Code Regs., tit. 16, - 317.5, which orders a chiropractor, found by the Board to have committed misconduct, to pay the costs of investigating and prosecuting the case, does not violates the due process rights of chiropractors whom the Board seeks to discipline, by chilling their right to request a hearing to contest charges of misconduct.
