PEOPLE v. JOHNSON, S097755

A defendant may expressly waive entitlement to credits for time served under Penal Code section 2900.5, and such a waiver is enforceable when, in sentencing a defendant to a maximum term of imprisonment, a trial court conditions a grant of probation upon that waiver.
