Convictions and death sentence are affirmed where 1) a confession was admissible, 2) rejection of a guilty plea was proper prior to amendment of the complaint to charge special circumstances, 3) evidence showed special circumstances, 4) representations arguments are denied, and 5) aggravating evidence was appropriately admitted at penalty phase.
