PEOPLE v. ENGELMAN, S086462

Jury instruction, requiring jurors to inform the court of any incident of jury nullification, did not violate defendant's rights to a fair trial and a unanimous verdict, but such instruction creates a risk of unnecessary intrusion in the deliberative process, and should not be given in the future.
