Trial court correctly compelled a wife to testify about her husband's crimes against a third person, pursuant to Evidence Code section 972(e)(2), even where no accusatory pleading charged defendant with a crime against his spouse; defendant committed a crime against a third person "in the course of committing a crime" against his spouse.
