In automatic appeal from death sentence on multiple guilt and penalty phase issues, 1) failure to sequester jurors and question them individually on the death penalty during voir dire was not improper, 2) instruction to view defendant's extrajudicial statement "with caution" was not prejudicial, and 3) biblical references were not prosecutorial misconduct.
