PEOPLE v. COOPER, S092882
Pen. Code 2933.1 (c), which limits the authorized award of presentence conduct credits to a maximum of 15 percent of a defendant's actual period of presentence confinement for specified felons, may apply to convicted murderers sentenced under the 1978 version of Pen. Code 190.
