PEOPLE v. KING, S085942
Pen. Code section 803(g), which revived cases for sex crimes against minors that had lapsed under the statute of limitations, does not revive prior sex crimes cases that were actually dismissed under the statute of limitations defense and brought to final judgment before the statute's enactment.
