PRICE v. SUPERIOR COURT (PEOPLE), S085852

Penal Code section 784.7 properly permits the trial of more than one of several offenses in any county in which one of the offenses occurred because the US Constitution does not require that criminal trials take place only in that county where the crime was comitted.
