PEOPLE v. LEWIS, S018665

Code of Civil Procedure section 232 requires prospective jurors to take the jurors' oath before answering the written questionnaires, but failure to do so may not substantially prejudice a capital defendant where questionnaires were signed under penalty of perjury and proper voir dire taken.
