THOMPSON v. DEPT. OF CORRECTIONS, S071080

Article VI, section 11 of the California Constitution, which gives the Supreme Court exclusive appellate jurisdiction in capital cases, does not apply to dipsutes over the time when a condemned inmate's personal spiritual adviser must leave the inmate before the execution.
