Blech v. Blech, 288074
Affirmed order granting enforcement of money judgments. Richard Blech is the beneficiary of a spendthrift trust that cannot be reached by a creditor unless there is a court order under Probate Code section 15301. In this case, Richard’s creditors, his siblings, obtained such an order. The appellate court found that the trial court acted within its scope of authority and there was no error.
