Affirmed but remanded to the trial court to conform sentencing to court’s oral pronouncement of judgment. Defendant was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts and placed on probation with an 8-year prison sentence stayed. The appeals court found no trial court error in the judgment, but the sentencing needed to be corrected.
