Reversed. Defendant was charged with child endangerment. The trial court instructed the jury that it could find Defendant guilty of a felony or a misdemeanor. The jury convicted of the misdemeanor. At the time of the conviction the misdemeanor was time barred. Defendant appealed the verdict and the appeals court reversed the judgment.
