Affirmed. Defendant submitted a forged letter as false evidence in a traffic trial. After the traffic trial the Defendant was charged with submitting false evidence and was found guilty. Defendant appealed alleging errors at trial. The appeals court ruled that any evidentiary errors were harmless.
