California Court of Appeal

People v. Calhoun, 055511

Affirmed. Defendant was convicted of numerous counts that involved pimping a minor and lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14. Defendant appealed claiming error in not excluding evidence, improper venue, and improper allowance of expert testimony. The appeals court found that if there was error, it was harmless and that evidence was properly admitted.
