Reversed in part. Defendants were convicted of conspiracy to commit murder; conspiracy to dissuade a witness; and furnishing a controlled substance. The appeals court reversed conviction for conspiracy to dissuade a witness because the jury had been improperly instructed. The matter was remanded for an ability to pay hearing and resentencing. In all other respects the judgments were affirmed.
