California Court of Appeal

Cleveland Nat. Forest Foundation v. County of San Diego, 073744

Reversed and remanded. Defendant, County Board of Supervisors, adopted a resolution approving a tentative map to develop a certain property that had been designated as an agricultural preserve subject to the Williamson Act. The appeals court held that the Board’s findings were not supported by the record and therefore its approval was an abuse of discretion.
