Affirmed. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendant on Labor Code violations. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant was required to reimburse employees for the cost of slip-resistant shoes. Appeals court found that Labor Code sec. 2801 does not impose such a requirement.
