Affirmed the dismissal of a security guard's wage-hour action because he was unwilling to share the penalties to be awarded under the Private Attorney General Act with his coworkers. The employee contended, unsuccessfully, that a PAGA action is a qui tam action, and therefore, the employee who brought the claim keeps the relevant monies.
