Held that an 81-year-old woman had legal standing to petition for a restraining order against her allegedly abusive next-door neighbor. Even though the two women were simply neighbors, the elderly woman could seek a restraining order under California's Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act. Reversed a dismissal and remanded.
