Dogan v. Comanche Hills Apartments Inc., 072328
Held that the trial court should have furnished an official court reporter for trial at an indigent plaintiff's request. There was no trial transcript to use on appeal because the plaintiff could not afford the court reporter fees. Reversed and remanded for a new trial in this personal injury/premises liability case; followed Jameson v. Desta (2018) 5 Cal.5th 594.
