County of Butte v. Department of Water Resources, 071785
Held that plaintiffs could not proceed with a challenge to the licensing of a hydroelectric dam. The plaintiffs argued that the licensing process should be stayed so that regulators could properly consider the impact of climate change on the operation of the dam. Subject matter jurisdiction was lacking under the circumstances here.
