Associated Chino Teachers v. Chino Valley Unified School District, 068163
Held that a school district should be barred from releasing two documents relating to an investigation into a high school teacher's actions as a coach, such as yelling at the student-athletes. A teacher's union sought to protect the teacher's privacy in this case involving the California Public Records Act. Reversed the denial of the union's writ petition.
