Upheld a homeowner association board's decision that homeowners who operated a vineyard on their property did not violate a restrictive covenant requiring that they not use their property for any business or commercial activity, in a lawsuit brought by several other homeowners. The wine was made, bottled and sold commercially offsite. Affirmed the lower court.
