California Court of Appeal
City of Petaluma v. Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, 153811
In a workers' compensation case, held that a law enforcement officer's vision loss in one eye should be apportioned 15 percent to an on-the-job injury and 85 percent to a previously asymptomatic, underlying condition. Annulled a decision of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, which had declined to apportion the permanent disability award, and remanded.
