Upheld the constitutionality of Senate Bill No. 277, which repealed the personal-belief exemption to California's immunization requirements for children attending public and private schools and child care facilities. Rejected a variety of constitutional challenges raised by four parents, their children and a nonprofit organization. Affirmed the district court.
