Lat v. Farmers New World Life Insurance Co., 282008
Revived claims brought against an insurance company by a deceased woman's two sons, who were her beneficiaries under a life insurance policy and who sued the insurer for breach of contract and other claims. Reversed the entry of summary judgment for the insurer, which argued that the policy had lapsed before the woman died.
