Affirmed a conviction of domestic violence and related charges but vacated the sentence and remanded. In the published portion of the opinion, the appellate court held that the trial court did not err in admitting evidence of uncharged domestic violence crimes or in admitting evidence of abuse that occurred more than 10 years before the charged crimes.
