Held that the trial court erred by granting a homeowner association's anti-SLAPP motion to block a lawsuit filed by individual homeowners, who challenged whether the homeowner association had legal standing to enter into a bankruptcy-related settlement agreement concerning the community's golf course. Reversed the order granting the anti-SLAPP motion.
