California Court of Appeal

People v. Delgado, 082480

Held that the trial court erred in admitting some of the defendant's inculpatory admissions, but found the error harmless beyond a reasonable doubt, in this case involving a double homicide committed by a 16-year-old. Also held, as agreed by the parties, that it was necessary to remand the case for a juvenile transfer hearing because of the passage of Proposition 57.
