Reversed a judgment terminating a mother's parental rights. The mother contended that her child was of Native American ancestry and that the county human services agency had failed to properly comply with the requirements of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act. Finding merit in her arguments, the California Fourth Appellate District reversed the termination of her parental rights and remanded for further proceedings.
