California Court of Appeal

Mack v. All Counties Trustee Services, Inc., 280650

Affirmed the denial of a motion to vacate a judgment. The plaintiff alleged that a parcel of real property was taken from her through fraud, among other things. However, the California Second Appellate District, which noted that she had been found to be a vexatious litigant within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure, found no basis in the record upon which it could review the validity of the judgments she challenged.
