California Court of Appeal

In re J.W., 287940

Affirmed a judgment terminating a mother's parental rights and selecting adoption as the permanent plan. The biological mother of a child who had been placed in protective custody on grounds of neglect argued that her parental rights could not lawfully be terminated because the three-year-old was unlikely to be adopted due to his attention deficit disorder and other conditions. Rejecting her argument regarding adoptability, the Second Appellate District affirmed.
