Affirmed a conviction of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, burglary, and attempting to dissuade a witness from reporting a crime in a case where a 41-year-old used an online dating application to lure a 16-year-old to have sex with him in hotel rooms. On appeal the defendant argued that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction of burglary and attempting to dissuade a witness from reporting a crime, but the Fourth Appellate District was unpersuaded.
