Estill v. County of Shasta, 077513
Reversed an order granting a sheriff's office employee a new trial on her employment-related claims. The county argued that the employee's claims were time-barred because she failed to present the county with a prelawsuit claim within six months of the incidents in question. The Third Appellate District agreed with the county and thus reversed the trial court's new-trial order.
