CA Water Impact Network v. Co. of San Luis Obispo , 283846
Affirmed the trial court's ruling that CEQA did not apply in a case where the plaintiff challenged the county's issuance of water well permits as violating the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and county ordinances. In finding that CEQA did not apply and in ruling for the county, the appellate court determined that county ordinances required issuance of the well permit because the standards had been met.
