People v. Quarles, 152282

Affirmed the defendant's conviction arising out of a physical altercation with his elderly parents. On appeal, the defendant challenged the trial judge's refusal to give a voluntary intoxication instruction on the charge of causing damage to a telephone line or equipment, but the First Appellate District found no error.
