Affirmed an order dismissing a complaint that had sought overtime wages in a case brought by seasonal employees of the state-owned and managed Del Mar Fairgrounds and Del Mar Horsepark. In affirming the dismissal, the appeals court noted that plaintiffs were not entitled to overtime compensation under the Labor Code and held that a California state entity whose employees are exempt from state law requiring the payment of overtime compensation is not required to pay overtime compensation to such employees when the state entity jointly employs them with a non-state employer.
