Affirmed the denial of defendants' petition to compel arbitration. Defendants provided their employees a handbook in both English and Spanish, but there were slight differences in the language used in the English version as opposed to the Spanish version and, because of these differences, the court ruled that the arbitration agreement was unenforceable.
